Product Usage:

You must be of legal smoking age to purchase any of our smoking devices. Our products are not intended for use by anyone with a medical issue which may be exacerbated by smoking, or anyone under legal smoking age.

Our products do not treat, diagnose, or cure any disease, physical ailment, or condition. Keep out of the reach of children and pets as certain pieces can present a choking hazard.

We DO NOT recommend the use of a “torch-style” lighter with our product. Please exercise caution when using open flame. PRODUCT MAY GET HOT.

Ordering:

When ordering, you must provide contact information and financial information. This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we’ll use this information to contact you. Orders are typically shipped out within three to five business days. Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns.
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please reach out to us at PitchabowlsStore@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase. We will need photos and a record of sale from Pitchabowls.com to process a replacement.

Privacy Policy:

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.
